Where a student is under the age of 18, these Terms & Conditions are accepted by their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

4. Complimentary Learning Consultations
Our Complimentary Learning Consultation is designed to understand a student's academic goals, strengths and areas for development.
The consultation does not guarantee admission to StudyAce Academy or the availability of a particular tutor.
Recommendations provided during the consultation are educational guidance only.
5. Tutor Matching
StudyAce Academy carefully matches students with tutors based on factors including:

Availability

Educational goals
Whilst we make every effort to provide the most suitable tutor, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific tutor.
6. Lesson Bookings
Lesson schedules are agreed between StudyAce Academy, the assigned tutor and the parent or guardian.
Lessons are subject to tutor availability and may be amended by mutual agreement.
7. Fees and Payment
Tuition fees will be communicated before lessons commence.
Payment must be made using the agreed payment method and within the specified payment terms.
StudyAce Academy reserves the right to suspend or discontinue lessons where payment remains outstanding.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Parents or guardians should provide reasonable notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Where sufficient notice is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative lesson.
Late cancellations or missed lessons may remain chargeable.
If StudyAce Academy or the assigned tutor needs to cancel a lesson, an alternative lesson will be arranged wherever reasonably possible.
9. Attendance
Students are expected to attend lessons punctually and prepared to participate.
Where a student joins late, lessons will normally finish at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.
Repeated non-attendance may result in lessons being suspended.
10. Online Lessons
Students should:

Attend lessons from a suitable learning environment.

Ensure they have a stable internet connection.

Use appropriate devices for online learning.

Behave respectfully towards tutors at all times.
Parents or guardians remain responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision where required.
11. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully throughout all interactions with StudyAce Academy staff and tutors.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of tuition without further obligation to continue providing services.
12. Tutor Conduct
All tutors are expected to:

13. Safeguarding

15. Intellectual Property
